3. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled (partially or fully) until they are “Out for Delivery.”

• Once “Out for Delivery,” cancellation is no longer possible.

  • Serial number/barcode must match Www.exactmfd.in records

  • Tamper-evident void seal must be intact at delivery

Non-Returnable Categories

Unless damaged or defective:

• Mobile accessories (screen guards, etc.)

• Console/PC games marked non-returnable

• Jio Dive, Jio Bharat Phone

Other Return Notes

• No replacements offered — only returns and refunds.

• Returns may be rejected if:

  • Wrong model/color ordered

  • Returned late

  • User damaged or altered the product

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds processed only after return is received and verified.

• Timeline: within 48 hours of warehouse receipt and verification.
